Here is the next article in the Build Comparison Series, and this is a fun one. Be sure to let us know of any cars/price brackets/ models you want to see compared!
Build 1: Nice and Elevated
Our starter car for the price bracket is a really clean and progressive spec Ferrari 599 GTB in white on black. This car comes in at a smooth $169,995, which leaves around $80,005 for upgrades and factory goodies.

This car is a really cool and now-desirable spec to have in your collection as is, but after these high-quality and really nice enhancements, this will be the ultimate V-12 front-engine GT car for the discerning collector.
Let's get some upgrades into this amazing road car.

The total all-in cost of these parts is:
$79,971.40
So I decided to turn this gentleman's 599 into a fire breathing, carbon covered track monster with some looks to go along with it. This car is in essence a baby 599XX race car with all of the civilian comforts still intact. This car now makes 645 WHP with a rev limiter of 8550, which through that race-inspired exhaust is going to sound insane and beautiful going down any road at speed. We have enough of our budget to get some extra gizmos for the interior and some coffee, but I would consider this money very well spent in the end.
Build 2: Clean but Snappy
The 600LT was a car that caught the automotive community by surprise with its amazing performance in an unlikely package, and it is one of the best bang-for-your-buck cars you can buy. This example comes tastefully done in grey with orange hints, but I feel it needs more color values to set it over the edge style-wise. The car costs $229,900 , so there is less wiggle room with $20,100 to work with in the upgrades department.

All right, let's get into the customization of this British rocket ship.

This car is now a stylish and faster version (for the price of $19,993) of the already fantastic 600LT. The car has been accented with gold and it does the car wonders, with gold stone finish wheels and a forged carbon with gold/orange accented steering wheel. In the power department, I added Soul Performance Sport Downpipes to make the car shoot flames and make all of the good twin turbo v8 sounds more often. I also added their intakes for a little more airflow to balance out both sides.
Overall, the additions to the car were minimal but calculated to have the best effects on it.
All right, now that I have both cars built out, you can decide for yourself! I'll post a story on instagram with a poll and see what you guys think!
Have a great rest of your Tuesday,
The Supercar Ambassador
